20010 ARNOLD INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR

I wanted to thank everyone that sent me those kind and motivating emails as I was getting ready for the Arnold Amateur. They were very helpful, assuring, and motivated me in a great manner.
As you might know, the Arnold did not turn out to my favor, but non the less, I am still highly eagerer and super motivated to working towards improving my physique and presentation for my next event.
In the meantime, I do not have a set show planned. I am discussing the different options I have to seek towards earning my Pro Card. You might or might not know that I am Peruvian descent and do not currently have a US Citizenship. Because of this, I am not able to compete at National Pro Qualifying events. Hopefully, I can find the opportunity to continue to take steps towards Pro status; the sooner, the better :-).
I will keep you all posted in what this unfolds to. In the mean time, I will continue to show my support to the NPC and remain actively in attending shows, being a member on online forums, and involved with Muscleology at all their events, shows, and so on.
2009 NPC SOUTHEASTERN USA CHAMPIONSHIPS

I WON....I'M THE OVERALL FIGURE CHAMPION :-)!
I won 1st Place in my Division (Open Figure Class A) and took the Overall Figure Title! This was a very special and exciting event for me. I competed at this event last year in 2008, but, unfortunately I did not place. I didn't let myself get discouraged back then because I believed in myself and I know I have what it takes to be at top! I worked very hard in improving my physique and remained focused on my goals and this year has shown all that dedication, per severance, and work can accomplish!
Now, I'm looking forward to my last competition of 2009, the NPC All South Championships in beautiful St. Augustine, FL which happens to be only 4 weeks away!
2009 NPC FT. LAUDERDALE CUP FIGURE COMPETITION

I won 1st Place in my Division (Open Figure Class A)!
I had an amazing time and lot's of fun. I got to meet other beautiful and talented ladies, both NPC and IFBB Pros. I really enjoyed all my friends, family, and my sponsor (Muscleology) coming to the show and cheering me on.
My cheat meal was sushi and a kid's vanilla frosty topped with Oreo cookie crumbs. I was back on the grind on Sunday morning with cardio and diet to continue for the following weekend's event: 2009 Southeastern USA in Lake Buena Vista, FL. Stay tuned for those results!
2009 NPC SUNSHINE CLASSICS FIGURE COMPETITION

I WON....I'M THE OVERALL FIGURE CHAMPION :-)
After a long year of hard work & perseverance on trying to qualify for nationals, I finally did it. Not only did I qualify, but I rocked the house and took it all!
Right now I'm planning to compete Internationally. I've been invited to compete in Peru this Sept. If everything turns out the way I hope it does, I place in the top 3 and I earn my Pro Card! Stay tuned!
2008 NPC ALL-SOUTH FIGURE COMPETITION

THE ALL SOUTH WAS ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE. IT'S THE BEST IV CONDITIONED MYSELF AND THE BEST PHYSIQUE I BROUGHT SO FAR. UNFORTUNATELY, ANOTHER DISAPOINTMENT BECAUSE I DID NOT QUALIFY.
IM NOW TAKING TIME OFF UNTIL DECEMBER 22nd WHEN I WILL BEGIN MY DIET TO GET READY FOR NEXT COMPETITION IN MARCH 14TH, 2009.
IM VERY MOTIVATED AND EXCITED TO COMPETE AGAIN AT THE 1ST NATIONAL QUALIFYING SHOW OF THE YEAR! THIS TIME, BOTH MY HUSBAND, JULIO AND I WILL BE COMPETING TOGETHER. ANOTHER REASON WHY IM EXCITED IS THAT IS A LOCAL SHOW SO MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND CLIENTS CAN GO SEE ME ROCK THE HOUSE ON STAGE :). THERE IS ALSO, SENTIMENTAL VALUE TO THIS SHOW BECAUSE IS THE SAME ONE WHERE I COMPETED THE VERY FIRST TIME. ITS THE SHOW THE STARTED IT ALL.
SO LOOK OUT FOR MY RETURN AND KICK BUTT IN 2009!!!

THE SOUTHEASTERN USA WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I REALLY HAD A GREAT TIME.
UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT QUALIFY. SO IM BACK ON DIET AND TRAINING FOR MY
NEXT COMPETITION ON NOVEMEBR 8TH!! LOOK OUT NOW!
I WAS OVERALL VERY HAPPY WITH THE PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS I MADE WHILE GETTING READY FOR THIS PAST SHOW. AFTER SPEAKING TO JUDGES TO GET FEEDBACK AND CRITIQUES, I WAS VERY PLEASED TO LEARN THAT THEY REALLY LIKED MY SYMENTRY, STAGE PRESENCE, AND POSING. THE ONLY THING THEY SAID I NEED TO DO FOR NEXT ONE IS COME IN A LITTLE TIGHTER, IN THE SENSE OF DROPPING A LITTLE MORE WATER.
SO IM BACK AT IT AGAIN ON MY QUEST TO QUALIFY FOR NATIONALS. IM MOTIVATED AND LOOKING FORWARD TO MAKING FURTHER IMPROVEMENTS TO MY PHYSIQUE. EVERYTIME I STEP ON STAGE IS MORE PRACTICE AND I JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER AND CLOSER TO THE NEXT DESIRED GOAL. THAT IS TO QUALIFY AND BECOME A NATIONAL FIGURE COMPETITOR.
I JUST CONTINUE TO WORK HARD, STAY MOTIVATED, AND HAVE MY EYES FOCUSED ON THE GOAL. IF I KEEP MAKING IMPROVEMENTS, THEY WILL NOTICE THEM, AND IT WILL HAPPEN.... THEY CANT DENY ME FOREVER!

2008 NPC FIGURE DEBBIE KRUCK FIGURE COMPETITION

This is my second competition. I was hoping to qualify in this show, unfortunately, I didn't. I did, however, learned a lot on this show about my body, what the judges are looking for, and things I need to work on. Great experience and it motivated me to continue.
I've set my next show and will be competing again in 7 weeks at the Southeastern USA. I have a lot of work to do but I'm eager and ready to make some astonishing improvements!
